Processing

Please allow 1-2 days for processing after your order is placed. If you place an order after 5pm on Friday, it will not be processed until Monday morning.

 

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees, including those to ship items back are non-refundable. On a case by case basis, we will issue a credit for reasonable and customary freight charges if the returned item is defective or incorrect. Please include a postal receipt in your return package. 

 

Defective/Wrong Item

If you received a defective item, the wrong item, or the wrong quantity, please contact us within 30 days. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error. Exchanges are not accepted after 30 days.

 

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit within 30 days of the purchase. Refunds for items returned after 30 days of original purchase date will not be accepted. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for merchandise credit or an exchange. Please email merchandise@bostoncannons.com before sending anything back.

 

Sale/Clearance Items

All sales are final on sale/clearance items. No refunds, merchandise credits, or exchanges will be offered.

 

Personalized Items

Items that have received personalization services require prior authorization in order to be returned. Please contact our Customer Care Department at 617-746-9933. These items may only be returned if they differ in style, color, or size than originally ordered, or if the personalization is incorrect due to our error.
